All other terms and conditions remain the same. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Weather Service is in need of a contractor that can provide lawn care maintenance services. The requirement is for a base period and four (4) option years at the Weather Forecast Office located in Indianapolis, IN in accordance with the attached Request for Quote. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, tools, materials, supplies, and equipment to satisfactorily manage and perform these services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Duties included but are not limited to the following services: 1) Mow grassy areas; 2) Trim around building & stationary objects; 3) Edge sidewalks; 4) Bag and remove clippings and debris; 5) Remove weeds or grasses in shrubbery or mulch covered areas. Services to be performed under this contract shall be performed during hours approved by the Government Contact Point (GCP) or a designated representative. Inspection and acceptance of work will be done by the GCP or their designated representative. Wage determinations for this location are attached to the solicitation and can be found www.wdol.gov .
