The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for delivery of one (1) Fully-Automated Sputter Coater at Hollings Marine Laboratory, Charleston SC to be delivered within 70 days or sooner from the date of award. Quotes shall be FOB destination, The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on a best value/trade-off. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of understanding and agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any,; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on May 22, 2023; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on best value to the Government.
