The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for Annual Maintenance and Repair of Two Elevators in Bldg. 1 at the NOAA Beaufort NC Laboratory in Beaufort NC. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a one-year base period, with four one-year option periods. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Contract Act, Wage Determination No. 2015-4401 Rev 18, Date of Last Rev. 03/15/2022. SITE VISIT All vendors are highly ENCOURAGED (but not required) to attend a site visit at Beaufort Laboratory. Vendors who are interested in scheduling a site visit shall contact the Government Technical POC at least 48 hours prior to the site visit. During the site visit, prospective vendors will have the opportunity to review existing site conditions and inspect locations around the facility where the elevator systems operates. The Facility Manager, and Chief Engineer will be available to answer questions during the site visit. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This RFQ is for full and open competition. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of understanding and agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Contact information of three (3) past performance references of prior elevator service work which is of a similar nature and complexity. The Contractor shall provide customer name, point of contact, address and verified telephone number and shall include a brief description of relevant work experience, when supplied to customer and applicable contract number. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on May 20, 2022; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on best value to the Government.
