The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for removal and replacement of above ground DW plastic piping currently connected to the 10,000 gallon fuel tank with new black iron piping and to replace the Bell Sensor on existing Veeder Root System at the Hollings Marine Laboratory, Charleston SC which requires a completion within 90 days from receipt of a contract.
