The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) Hollings Marine Laboratory has a requirement for the design, manufacture and delivery of custom-fabricated glass aquaria systems (i.e., tank and sump combination) which includes six (6) Top Tanks, Six (6) Sump Tanks, and nine (9) Top-Off Reservoirs with a delivery within 70 days from receipt of a purchase order. See attachments Quotes shall be FOB destination, The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on a best value/trade-off. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 327215, Glass Product Manufacturing Made of Purchased Glass, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of understanding and agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; List of at least three (3) references with contact information that has purchased their commercial grade aquaria in the last 3 years. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any,; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on June 28, 2020; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on best value to the Government.
