This requirement is for a small business set-aside contract to provide all labor, equipment, and materials needed to replace two packaged rooftop air conditioning units and one split system, repair or replace two additional split systems, and replace defective fan-coil motors and strainer/check valves. All installed equipment must be rated for outdoor coastal salt-air service and use EPA-compliant refrigerant. Work will be performed onsite at the NMFS SEFSC Miami campus at 75 Virginia Beach Drive, Miami, FL 33149, with performance required no more than 60 days from date of award. A site visit is scheduled for September 9, 2026, and is highly recommended. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order with Net 30 payment terms.
