This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to provide annual preventative maintenance and periodic emergency services for a 26-ton Trane chiller at the NWFSC Burley Creek Hatchery. The performance location is 11421 Bethel-Burley Road, Port Orchard, Washington. The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with a base period from date of award through December 31, 2026, and four option years running through December 31, 2030. Services must be performed by a factory certified Trane technician or Trane qualified technician, with quotes billed monthly in arrears via IPP. This acquisition is not set aside for small business and will be awarded on an all-or-none basis.
