This requirement is for trawl net support services, including catastrophic, general, and minor repairs, certifications, and rebuilding of NOAA NWFSC bottom trawl and mud gear, with quantities ranging from 1 to 32 jobs per line item. The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, and materials and perform the work at its own facility. The period of performance is 12 months from date of award. A firm-fixed-price purchase order will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer, with Net 30 payment terms.
