Z--Galveston Automatic Transfer Switch Replacement
This opportunity is a small business set-aside construction requirement to replace the automatic transfer switch controller, not the switch itself, at the NOAA NMFS Galveston Laboratory. Work includes removal and replacement, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and training to ensure seamless transition between utility and generator power. Performance will take place at NOAA NMFS Galveston Laboratory, 4700 Avenue U, Galveston, TX, with a period of performance from award through 12/31/2026. Evaluation will weigh technical approach and past performance as significantly more important than price, though price may become decisive if technical solutions are equal.
