NOAA/The National Marine Fisheries Service/Office of Law Enforcement, has a requirement for a 24 hour Telephone Hotline Answering Service. This solicitation is being issued as 100% set-aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). All responsible, qualified, WOSB sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the acquisition is 561421; Telephone Answering Services. The small business size standard is $19.0M. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order for a base plus 4 option periods. The Award will be made to the offeror whose quote meets all Statement of Work (SOW) and solicitation requirements. Quotes will be evaluated using Low Price, Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The attached Past Performance questionnaire must be completed and submitted with quotes as well as evidence of having provided the same or similar services in the past 3 years. The Service Contract Act is applicable to this requirement. The anticipated award date is August 8, 2024. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, effective 4/22/2024.
