The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), is soliciting quotes for a vessel storage at a marina in accordance with the Statement of Need/Technical Specifications. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 493190, with a size standard of $36.5M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses. The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via SAM.gov. The solicitation number 1333MF24Q0027. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. For information on how to register your company on Firms offering a response to this notice shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.SAM.gov, prior to submission of proposals. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. Award will not be issued to vendors not actively registered within SAM. In order to register with the SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors shall also have a Unique Entity ID. This number may be acquired free of charge by SAM Customer Service at www.fsd.gov or by phone at (866) 606-8220. The anticipated award date is on or about March 29, 2024. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 Commercial Acquisition). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on March 8, 2024. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to manuel.ponce@noaa.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to manuel.ponce@noaa.gov by 12:00 P.M. Eastern on March 4, 2024. Telephone inquiries will not be honored.
