This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 811210 Installation of Equipment-Maintenance and Repair. The small business size standard is $34.0M. This will be awarded a low price/technically acceptable, firm fixed price purchase order. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Non-Personal Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) transceiver hardware installation, maintenance, repair and replacement for the NOAA Office of Law Enforcement/Pacific Islands Division. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SF1449 WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. E.
