This notice is providing access to a proposed contract action and solicitation through the GPE and the notice permits the public to respond to the solicitation electronically. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Southwest Fisheries Science Center, is seeking lodging in the Carmel by the Sea California area. Refer to the attached SF18 for specific details to requirement. In response to the RFQ, along with pricing, please include pictures and descriptions of any proposed properties that meet the statement of work requirements. Basis of award will be determined by best value and compliance with stated requirements.
