The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA) NMFS, Office of Law Enforcement, has a requirement for a service and maintenance agreement for two Roche MagNA Pure 24 DNA Extraction instruments located in Seattle, WA and Charleston, SC. Service and maintenance shall be conducted on-site by Roche authorized field application specialists only. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13 and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price order based on Low Price/Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The solicitation number is 1333MF23QNFFK0015; hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the sam.gov site for the solicitation and all subsequent amendments. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective February 14, 2023. The NAICS code is 811210 with a size standard of $34.0M. All responsible, qualified businesses may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
