The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), is soliciting quotes for installation services of agency supplied Motorola 8500 Apex Police Radios and accessories for 29 vehicles in accordance with the Statement of Work. Installations to be accomplished within 50 mile radius of three separate locations: Gloucester, MA, Wall, NJ and Newport News, VA. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 811213, with a size standard of $12.0M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective March 10, 2021. The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website http://www.beta.sam.gov . The solicitation number is 1333MF21QNFFK0034. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. Evaluation factors are Past Performance, Technical Capabilites and Price.
