The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), is soliciting quotes for a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) delivered in accordance with the Statement of Need/Technical Specifications. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334511, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03, effective January 14, 2021. The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website http://www.beta.sam.gov .
