The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), Northeast Division, is soliciting quotes for Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) and support vessel services to conduct underwater inspection of fixed offshore lobster gear in waters 75 miles south of Nantucket, MA, with depths of up to 600ft, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 541690 with a size standard of $16.5M. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Beta.Sam.gov website. The solicitation number is 1333MF21QNFFK0017; hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon the contractors to monitor the Beta.Sam site for the solicitation release and all subsequent amendments. The anticipated award date will be on or about February 17, 2021. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm -fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Firms offering a response to this notice shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, prior to submission of proposals. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. NO award shall be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. In order to register with the SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors shall also have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
