The Offeror that is non-responsive may be excluded from further evaluation and rejected without further notification to the offeror. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the contractor's responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt. 1. The quote shall be fully executed and returned on the Standard Form (SF) 18 and any acknowledgements of solicitation amendments on the SF 30. 2. Submit the quotation to the office specified in this solicitation on or before the time specified in the solicitation. Email to raynier.camerino@noaa.gov. 3. The contractor shall provide the following information with their quote submission: a) Point of contact name, telephone and E-mail address. b) DUNS Number on the SF18 pg. 1 of this RFQ 4. Provide a response to the following in this package: a) 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) (d) Representation b) 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation (Dec 2019) (c) Representation c) 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Items (Oct 2014) (a) (i) (ii) and (iii) The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract base on best value in consideration of price and other factors, listed in this provision. The evaluation criteria is listed in order of importance and will be evaluated on a pass or fail basis. 5. The quotation is required to be received in the contracting office no later than 4:00 P.M. Pacific on August 28, 2020. Quotes shall be e-mailed to the attention of Raynier Camerino at raynier.camerino@noaa.gov. 6. Base Period, services, non-personal, to deliver 4 half-day live virtual online (4 hour) training sessions across two weeks to NOAA NMFS WCR employees covering the topics of storytelling, audience and research, persuasion, and improve your story and distribution in accordance with the Statement of Work for a period from the date of award to 12/31/2020. The lecture portion of the training shall be recorded and four videos delivered for posting on the NMFS WCR intranet for future staff viewing. The training shall develop the Central Valley Salmon Story in real-time as a model. Line Item 0002 - Firm-fixed price. Option Period, services, non-personal, to deliver 6 two hour live virtual online training sessions to be held approximately once every other month to NOAA NMFS WCR employees covering the topics of storytelling, audience and research, persuasion, and improve your story and distribution in accordance with the Statement of Work for a period from 01/01/2021 to 12/21/2021.
