The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA) NMFS, NWFSC FRAM Division, has a requirement for the annual renewal of One (1) COMSOL Software for One (1) year in accordance with the attached Statement of Need. Only COMSOL resellers shall be considered. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Beta Sam (website: beta.sam.gov). The solicitation number is 1333MF20QNFFP0048; hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the Beta Sam site for the solicitation and all subsequent amendments. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm -fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, vendors must obtain a DUNS number (this may be done by calling 1-800-333-0505) and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) www.beta.sam. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07, effective August 3, 2020. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $38.5M.
