Non-severable professional services to provide necessary Working Group planning and support related specifically to Southern California offshore aquaculture, as well as providing outstanding facilitation expertise, to make these important Working Group meetings a meaningful and successful effort, as described in the Statement of Work. Period of Performance 10/01/2019 to 09/30/2020. This process involves diverse stakeholders with a wide range of perspectives as well as highly complex legal, policy, cultural and technical issues. It is critical that the contractor has a proven track record of success with multiple-party, complex aquaculture issues. A minimum of 10 years experience working with federal entities on aquaculture issues applicable to the federal policies listed in this work statement, is required. This work requires a contractor who has worked with the Aquaculture stakeholders (listed in the background section of this work statement) on specific issues related to the Aquaculture community in Southern California. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Instructions for submitting a quotation under this request for quote must be followed. Failure to provide all information to aid in the evaluation may be considered non-responsive. The non-responsive offeror may be excluded from further evaluation and rejected without further notification to the offeror. 1. The quote shall be fully executed and returned on the Standard Form (SF) 18 and any acknowledgements of solicitation amendments on the SF 30. 2.
