Howard Marine Sciences Laboratory at Sandy Hook, New Jersey, as specified in the solicitation and statement of work. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE. The solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04, effective January 30, 2022. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the best value considering past performance and price. RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Federal Contracts Opportunities via SAM.gov website https://sam.gov/content/home.
