The purpose of this announcement constitutes a formal Solicitation announcement of a proposed contract action pursuant to FAR 5.204. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE. The solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code is 811310 with a size standard of $7.5M. Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective July 12, 2021. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the lowest price technically acceptable. Period of Performance: Base CLIN (funded at time of award) – delivery of inspecton report due 60 days after receipt of order; Option CLIN (unfunded at time of award) – repairs completed no later than 90 days after receipt of modification. Period of performance for both CLINS 12 months.
