The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), on behalf of the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) Woods Hole, Massachusetts, requires the delivery of BRAND NAME ONLY 226 Samsung Galaxy Tab Active3, 128GB (WiFi) Black Enterprise Edition tablets to support the NEFSC scientific operations as specified in the solicitation and statement of work. Required delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order. The NAICS code is 334111 with a size standard of 1250 EMP. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set aside, Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective March 10, 2021. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price single award to the contractor whose offer represents the Best Value based on price and non-price evaluation factors (Price, Technical Specifications, and Past Performance).
