Original Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) Product Service Code: X1EZ – LEASE/RENTAL OF OTHER INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS NAICS Code: 493120 – Refrigerated Warehousing and Storage Place of Performance: Jacksonville, FL 30234 USA Description The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), is soliciting quotes for Cold Storage Services to include storage, on-site processing, and transport of perishable property within the Jacksonville FL, area in accordance with the Statement of Work. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 493120, Refrigerated Warehousing and Storage, with a size standard of 30.0M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective June 10, 2021. The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Sam.Gov website http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 1333MF21QNFFK0051.
