Tow Behind Side Scan Sonar - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 334511. The small business size standard is 1250 employees. See attached SF 1449 for full list of requirements. Please provide your “will or will not” statement per FAR clause 52.204-24 unless your Reps and Certs have been updated in SAM per 52.204-26. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the contractor’s responsibility to request a confirmation of the quote receipt. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside, Firm Fixed Price, award will be made to the Low Price/Technically Acceptable quote. In order to evaluate, quotes shall include complete technical specifications and product description. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means by 12:00 P.M. Eastern on August 22, 2022. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to susan.henderson@noaa.gov.
