The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), is soliciting quotes for a Mobile Marine Monitoring System delivered in accordance with the Request for Quote and the Statement of Need. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334511, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, effective August 11, 2021.
