The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA) NMFS, Office of Law Enforcement, has a Brand Name requirement for Cellebrite UFED 4PC Ultimate license, Frontliner for Android Term Based License, Digital Collector 1T, UFED Cloud and UFED Touch 2 Ultimate Standard. Only authorized Cellebrite resellers shall be considered. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Sam.gov website http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 1333LF21QNFFK0046; hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the sam.gov site for the solicitation and all subsequent amendments. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm -fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, vendors must obtain a DUNS number (this may be done by calling 1-800-333-0505) and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective June 10, 2021. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $41.5M.
