NOAA/The National Marine Fisheries Service/Office of Law Enforcement, has a requirement for a 24 hour Telephone Hotline Answering Service. This procurement is 100% set-aside for an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). All responsible, qualified, EDWOSB sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the acquisition is 561421; Telephone Answering Services. The small business size standard is $15.0M. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order for a base plus 4 option periods. The Award will be made to the quoter whose quote meets all Statement of Work (SOW) and solicitation requirements and is judged to be the best value, by an integrated assessment of past performance and price listed in the SF1449 Request for Quote (RFQ). The anticipated award date is June 21, 2019. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FEDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, Statement of Work, and all subsequent amendments. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02, effective May 6, 2019. The solicitation, 1333LF19QNFFK0037, will be available for download via FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about June 7, 2019. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
