This is a Limited Sources, logical follow-on to continue support previously obtained via Work Order # YA1323-15-BU-0035/0002, issued under General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule (GSA FSS) IT-70 contract. Gunnison Consulting Group, Inc.’s GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract # is GS-35F-0161Y. This acquisition will procure support services for the Field Mobile Application (FiMA) system. Under the management and direction of the Application Development & Services Division (ADSD), FiMA is an enterprise system which provides Mobile Case Management (MCM) and Listing and Mapping (LiMA) applications, used by thousands of Field Representatives to collect vital data for numerous U.S. Census Bureau (USCB) initiatives including current surveys and post enumeration work. The services performed under this work order shall include: • Managing and implementing system/application upgrades to modernize/improve performance • Updating code • Designing, developing, and implementing enhancements to meet customers’ needs • Knowledge transfer to staff • Consultation on alternative industry standards for processes and procedures • Support integration of hardware/software within the Census infrastructure
