The purpose of this RFI is to provide information to the USCB on available Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Geographical Information System (GIS) software products to capture, store, analyze, and manage geographical data. The USCB currently uses the Environmental Systems Research Institute Inc. (ESRI) ArcGIS software products and is specifically seeking interested parties who can provide the same or an alternate commercial product that can perform similarly to ESRI. Although answers to these questions are optional, the USCB encourages companies to submit responses based on their knowledge and experience with this software in the commercial marketplace. Based on the information provided, and as part of its ongoing market research, the USCB may contact individual respondents for additional information.
