This sources sought notice is a request for information (RFI) for acquisition planning purposes only. This is not a request for proposals, proposal abstracts, quotations or obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. This RFI is for market research purposes only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources, to explore industry capabilities, to determine appropriate acquisition strategy and to determine if a set-aside is possible. A response to this RFI will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of contractor submission of information to this announcement or the Government use of such information. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. The information provided may be used by the U.S. Census Bureau (USCB) in developing its acquisition strategy, statement of work and performance specifications. Responses to this RFI will be used by the USCB to identify sources that can provide maintenance for the AcquisConnect framework used to build the JAGUAR system. This will allow the USCB developers to maintain JAGUAR as technology supporting it evolves. Key Requirements: The following are the key requirements that professional services personnel must meet in order to provide maintenance of the AcquisConnect framework: Develop and provide software updates, fixes, security alerts, and critical patch updates. Demonstrate certification for any necessary version of Oracle. Demonstrate certification for any necessary version of Tomcat. Ensure AcquisConnect software documentation is kept up to date. Ensure that online access is available for clients to download the latest AcquisConnect software updates and critical patch updates. Ensure that online access is available for clients to log on-line AcquisConnect software problems. Respond, within two business days, to AcquisConnect software problems logged on-line. Ensure that online access is available for clients to access on-line support knowledge database. Ensure that online access is available for clients to download AcquisConnect software documentation. Provide access to personalized assistance via web, phone, or email. Provide the ability to update the current AcquisConnect framework to meet the needs of the USCB to maintain their GATRES replacement application named JAGUAR.
