UPDATE 8/29/2020: The purpose of this Amendment (0004) is as follows: To clarify in Section L that pricing information should not be included for Factors A-D. Factor E may include pricing information as required in the subcontracting plan template; To fix errors in formulas in Attachment 40 Pricing Template. The formula for the total column for each year in Row 56 (CLIN 0006B) has been corrected. Row 59 (CLIN 0007B) was made optional. Row 60 (total price) formulas were revised to exclude the transition out cost except in the total for Option Year 9, and To extend the due date for proposals until 5:00pm ET on August 31, 2020. UPDATE 8/12/2020: This RFP Amendment (0003) revises RFP Sections C, J, M, and Attachment 40 - Pricing Template. Proposals remain due by noon ET on Monday, August 31, 2020. The USPTO has also attached responses to offeror questions. UPDATE 8/05/2020: This RFP Amendment (0002) revises RFP Sections B, C, E, H, I, J, L, and certain RFP attachments. This revised RFP allows for additional questions that are due by 3:00p.m. ET on Friday, August 7, 2020. The proposal due date is extended until noon ET on Monday, August 31, 2020. The USPTO has also attached responses to offeror questions. UPDATE 7/24/2020: This RFP amendment (0001) extends the proposal due date until noon ET on Monday, August 24, 2020. The USPTO is still working on responses to RFP questions and responses will be posted at a later date. The United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Patent Data and Document Management (PDDM) Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks contractor support to manage the entire life cycle of the patent application processing from the initial filing of the application to the final disposition of the application. A complete understanding of the PDDM requirements can only be achieved by thoroughly reviewing the RFP and Statement of Work, as well as all references and attachments provided in RFP Section J. In addition, Section J includes a Glossary providing a comprehensive list of terms and their definitions as they relate to this requirement. Please note some of the attachments have been updated since the presolicitation notice posting. The attachment version dates can be found in the Section J crosswalk.
