Enterprise Administrative Support Services Set-Aside: The requirement was previously set-aside for competition in the 8(a) program and will remain a 100% 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside. Requirement: The Enterprise Administrative Support Services (EASS) procurement provides agency-wide onsite Administrative Support Services and Program Management Support Services for the USPTO. This Pre-Solicitation Notice is to inform interested parties that the USPTO anticipates releasing a solicitation for the EASS requirement to Beta.Sam.Gov this August, 2020. This procurement is a 100% 8(a) set-aside for Small Business concerns only. The anticipated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 – Office Administrative Services, and the small business size standard is $8M. The anticipated Product Service Code is R699 (SUPPORT – ADMINISTRATIVE: OTHER). The USPTO intends to award a single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will allow for the issuance of Orders of the following type: Firm-Fixed Price, Labor Hours, Time & Material (T&M). The place of performance is the USPTO’s Alexandria, VA main campus as well as USPTO satellite offices which will be noted in the Request for Proposals.
