Authority: FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) – Logical Follow-on. Project Title: Financial Management Support Task Order Bridge Period of Performance Extension. Summary: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) has issued a modification to Data Networks, Inc. (DNC) to extend mission-critical Financial Management Data Services (FMDS). This extension is a logical follow-on to services originally competed under Task Order 1332KP20FNEEA0001 and is essential to maintain continuity of operations for satellite acquisition programs while competitive follow-on procurements are finalized. The extension is necessary due to unforeseen administrative delays resulting from the Government shutdown. This action ensures uninterrupted financial oversight, data integrity, and audit readiness for NOAA's satellite systems.
