OGC AGC’s seek to improve legal writing in an in-person class setting to (1) assist in analyzing legal problems or issues, (2) conducting research, (3) understanding the audience, (4) presenting a persuasive case as well as (5) editing and proofreading. Assisting in performing legal analysis will not only boost confidence of OGC attorney’s but to build confidence in outside entities that work closely with the Department. This class will increase credibility by assisting in constructing legal arguments ensuring conciseness, accuracy and engagement utilizing the proper grammar, punctuation as well as adequate and accurate researching techniques.
