The internt of this notice is to inform the vendor community of a recent contract action. This procurement is for items which the government solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b). This is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract was solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer and document in the attached justification.
