The intent of this notice is to inform the vendor community of a recent contract action. This procurement is for items which the government solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract was solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer and documented in the attached justifcation.
