This Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract that is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is for a subscription to an existing web-based service and not for development of a new database. The contractor shall provide a service that leverages public data available from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) website (GAO.gov) to increase efficiency and significantly reduce agency time and effort in audit liaison and follow-up activities. The service shall be web-based and housed on the contractor’s infrastructure. It shall be made available for an annual subscription fee including access for an unlimited number of Department of Commerce user accounts as well as access to APIs for integration of data into downstream systems. This requirement will need to be in place by the date of the award. The platform shall include features as stated in the attached SOW. The total period of performance will be a base year + four option years starting with the base year of June 1, 2020 through May 31, 2020.
