REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL::PERSONNEL ACTION REQUEST (PAR), PAYROLL AND BENEFITS SERVICES (PPB2), U.S. Department of Commerce, Enterprise Services U.S. DOC, Enterprise Services intends to issue a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Award (IDIQ) from this Solicitation for the provision of PAR, Payroll and Benefits transaction processing using existing technology to support offices widely across the Department of Commerce. All relevant documents are attached to this solicitation notice. The due date for questions is Friday, May 15, 2020 at 4:00 PM EDT Proposals are due not later than Monday, June 8, 2020 at 4:00 PM EDT AMENDMENT 0001 This amendment provides a complete list of questions and answers submitted in response to the solicitation. In addition, as a result of answers to questions, four solicitation documents have been revised; the solicitation, Attachment 1, Attachment 2 and Attachment 7. All revised documents applicable to this Amendment are annotated as “rev.1” and supersede the original version of these documents. The current version of all other documents not revised under this Amendment remains “vF”. Acknowledgement of this amendment must be provided with the proposal.
