The International Trade Administration (ITA), Office of Digital Service Industries has a requirement for reports verifying Privacy Shield compliance. The objective of this project is to provide the Privacy Shield Team with a list of all companies claiming Privacy Shield compliance. The results will be produced in the form of a spreadsheet listing the companies scanned and the relevant domains, and the companies that contain such disclosure in their policies. This information will drastically increase the scope for identifying organizations falsely claiming Privacy Shield participation.
