This Limited Sources Justification is to issue a new task order IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) to provide for continued PSO services at two National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) locations: National Institute of Standards and Technology, 100 Bureau Drive, Gaithersburg, MD and Institute of Standards and Technology Boulder Laboratory, 325 Broadway Street, Boulder, CO.
