No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The intent of the announcement is to identify sources that are qualified Small Business concerns, including Small Business, Small Disadvantaged, Women Owned, and Veteran Owned firms, for a new contract for the National Weather Service (NWS) Pacific Region, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Identified sources should be capable of performing the requirements described herein. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The Government proposes to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract for this requirement. See the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information. The Government will issue a contract for this requirement contingent upon funding. The term of the contract will be one base year and one option year. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561210 – Facilities Support Services. The Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $47.0 Million. A vendor’s response to this synopsis shall be provided using the Sources Sought Submission link provided.
