The NOAA Southeast Fisheries Science Center is seeking repairs for the R/V Caretta, with interested quoters strongly encouraged to inspect the vessel beforehand. The vessel is located at the NOAA Dock Facility, 202 Delmas Ave., Pascagoula, MS, and will be available for site visits from August 17–21, 2026, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. CDT. To schedule a visit, contact Kendall Falana via email, referencing the solicitation number. Quoters are responsible for all site visit expenses. Any resulting questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, and clarifications will be issued by amendment.
