J--NWS HVAC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) ML in Ohio
This opportunity is a total small business set-aside request for quotations for HVAC preventive maintenance services at National Weather Service facilities in Wilmington, Ohio, including Weather Forecast Offices, Maintenance Annexes, and NEXRAD locations. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for preventive maintenance in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contract will be a single firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded on an all-or-none basis to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with Net 30 payment terms. The period of performance includes a base year plus four option years. All responsible sources may submit quotations for consideration.
