This RFQ seeks a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for HVAC preventive maintenance at National Weather Service facilities in Mount Holly, NJ and Fort Dix, NJ, covering Weather Forecast Offices, Maintenance Annexes, and NEXRAD sites. The work will be performed in accordance with a Statement of Work that applies to a base year and four option years. The government intends to award a single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all-or-none basis to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with Net 30 payment terms. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, and performance must comply with applicable Department of Labor wage rates.
