J--PM HVAC Maintenance for NWS Multiple Locations
This opportunity is a total small business set-aside for HVAC preventive maintenance services at four Florida locations (Tampa, Melbourne, Jacksonville, Tallahassee) and one Georgia location (Atlanta). The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials for quarterly HVAC preventative maintenance visits, with one full annual inspection typically conducted during the final quarterly visit.
