Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside solicitation for non-personal services to complete HVAC repairs for Building 3 at the Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory. The work must be performed at the Lake Michigan Field Station on 1431 Beach St. in Muskegon, MI. The period of performance is 60 days from the date of award. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed-price purchase order to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror.
