This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (v) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: CLIN 0001 – Base Year Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Annual MA State Elevator Inspection Certification for three (3) elevators and one (1) Handicap Lift. This work shall be performed in the same month yearly at the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) in Woods Hole, Massachusetts, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. CLIN 0002 – Base Year Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Quarterly Maintenance and Inspection Services for three (3) elevators and one (1) Handicap Lift. This work shall be performed during the first month of each new quarter at the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) in Woods Hole, Massachusetts, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. CLIN 0003 – Base Year Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for ON-CALL Service Hourly Rate (exclusive of parts) (estimated quantity). This rate will be used for billing on-call services. This work shall be performed in the at the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) in Woods Hole, Massachusetts, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. CLIN 0004 – Base Year Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Materials/Parts Mark-up Percentage. This percentage will be used when billing for materials/parts at the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) in Woods Hole, Massachusetts, in accordance with the Statement of Work.
