The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supply of a chartered vessel and crew to conduct a Scallop Dredge Survey, as described in the Statement of Work. All responsible SMALL BUSINESS sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS concerns. The associated NAICS code is 483114.The small business size standard is 550 employees. The base period of performance of this requirement is from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025, with three (4) option periods. In the event that all option periods are exercised, the total period of performance of this requirement will be May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2029. Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted by email no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on April 3, 2024. Answers will be provided as soon as practicable. Quotations submitted in response to this solicitation are due no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on April 9, 2024, and shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer at the contact information listed in this solicitation.
