This information will help us determine the quantity of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap needed. Response 1: The estimated number of people in the facility is 4. The contractor should store backup supplies on site so that the staff do not run out. Question 2: Is foam sanitizer acceptable for use in the facility? We would like to confirm this to ensure we meet your specific requirements. Response 2: Yes, foam sanitizer is acceptable for use. It must be alcohol-based and contain at least 60% ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. Question 3: Are there any specific brands or types of cleaning supplies that are preferred? Response 3: No, there are no specific brands or types of cleaning supplies preferred. Question 4: Are there any specific cleaning procedures or protocols that need to be followed? Response 4: Yes, all those outlined in the Statement of Work. END OF AMENDMENT 0004. AMENDMENT 0003 (03-21-2024): Q&A Question 1: Would an initial one time deep clean be necessary or desired? Response 1: Only the tasks outlined within the Statement of Work are required. Question 2: Would the RFP need to account for the annual services like carpet cleaning/floor waxing (as this would be an additional cost on top of the standard weekly cleaning)? Response 2: Yes, all required services should be included within quoted pricing. The annual extended price should include all services outlined within the Statement of Work, and will be divided into 12 equal monthly invoices for billing. Question 3: Will the building be empty during the time of cleaning? Response 3: The building will typically be occupied in the morning from 5 to 10am and again from 5 to 10pm and may be occupied at other times during typical working hours. Paragraph (a) is hereby completed as follows: Evaluation will be based on the following; 1. Technical Acceptability/Capability. Quote shall include at least two references for similar and relevant services including the phone number, full address, and e-mail address to demonstrate the offeror’s capability to successfully perform the services listed in the Statement of Work. The offeror's past performance on related contracts will be evaluated to determine, as appropriate, successful performance of contract requirements, quality and timeliness of delivery of goods and services, cost management, communications between contracting parties, proactive management and customer satisfaction. The Government will use its discretion to determine the sources of past performance information used in the evaluation, and the information may be obtained from references provided by the Offeror, the agency’s knowledge of Offeror performance, other government agencies or commercial entities, or past performance databases, and will be based on responsiveness, quality, and customer services. 2. Price. The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
